The Fédération de la Mode Circulaire (FMC) is pleased to present the 2024-2025 edition of its Common Program for Circular Fashion! After more than two and a half years of collective work, we are taking a new step in our mission to transform the textile industry. With 271 members and partners already committed, this ambitious program is the result of a collaboration between passionate actors, united to build a more circular, responsible and resilient fashion.
Measure 3 : The integration of the textile industry into the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) and the removal of the €150 customs duty exemption threshold, a major step forward to ensure fair competition. This measure also encourages the adoption of more circular practices internationally. It aligns import costs with those of local products while reducing the negative externalities linked to fast fashion.
Measure 14 : Optimization of the Repair Bonus, in particular by better referencing of repairers. This initiative aims to increase awareness of the system, recently set up, and to boost the textile repair market!
An expanded scope on a European and international scale, as sustainability and circularity become global policy priorities.
A call for cooperation : Designers, manufacturers, repairers, recyclers, platforms and consumers – each player plays a key role in this transformation.
A commitment to defending a common vision : In France and in Europe, we work to raise awareness and encourage political decision-makers to take measures in favor of circular fashion.
A celebration of changemakers : We highlight those who reinvent fashion every day, through concrete and inspiring actions.
